 Youth Leadership Development
Opportunity Knocks offers a unique Youth Leadership Development Training Program to build youth leadership skills. Each program is custom-tailored to meet the specific needs of program participants, and provides individual coaching combined with facilitated interactive group simulations.
Specifically, Youth Leadership Development Training Program participants:
- Investigate, practice and strengthen important leadership skills and individual self-esteem
- Build an understanding of leadership and how it affects daily interactions with others
- Learn what has worked/not worked in their peer groups and communities
- Self discover leadership strengths and opportunities for growth
The program is structured to fit the specific interests and skills sets of the program participants. Typically, the following topics are covered and are altered as necessary to best to fit the interest and proficiency of the participants.
