Examples of Leadership Development Initiatives

Facilitated a custom designed leadership development program for the top 2700 leaders of the largest healthcare provider in the DC-metro region. This program is centered on Bob Rosen's Grounded® Leader concept. The value proposition is simple: "who you are" drives "what you do" resulting in "how you perform." Our team expertly guided participants through multi-day, interactive sessions which yield an understanding of the six dimensions of healthy leadership-Physical, Emotional, Intellectual, Social, Vocational and Spiritual-and how each plays a role in accomplishing team performance goals and the overall organizational outcomes.

Provided annual leadership development sessions for project team leaders within an interagency environmental partnership for over 15 years. Designed skill building sessions and coached leaders on their progress throughout the year.

Designed and conducted a youth leadership program for future business leaders.
